This document explains how Kulka Support processes users' personal data and data from connected integrations.
Operator and data controller
Kulka Support is operated and personal data is controlled by Rudolf Vršovský, company ID 19374828, with its registered office at Sibiřská 372, Neštěmice, Ústí nad Labem, Czech Republic. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions.
Data we process
We process data required to operate Kulka Support, particularly user contact information, account details, customer communication content, technical service usage logs, and information required for integrations activated by the user.
Why we use data
We use data to provide the support application, authenticate users, synchronize communication, operate the AI assistant, maintain security, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Meta and WhatsApp integrations
When a user connects a Meta or WhatsApp Business account, we process only the data required to operate the selected integration, particularly business and WhatsApp account identifiers, the phone number identifier, authorization data, supported customer communication content, and technical webhook metadata. We do not use this data for sale or ad targeting.
Google OAuth and Gmail data
When a user connects a Google account, we access only the functions required for the selected integration. We do not use Google service data for advertising, sell it, or disclose it to third parties other than processors required to operate the service.
Sharing and processors
We may use trusted infrastructure, database, email, analytics, and security providers to operate the service. These processors may process data only on our instructions and to the extent necessary to operate the service.
Data retention and deletion
We retain data while the service is in use and afterward for as long as required to protect rights, maintain security and audit records, and meet legal obligations. Users may disconnect an active integration in service settings or request access, correction, export, or deletion at [email protected], unless a legal obligation prevents us from doing so.
